Megan Kurzewski

I have always had a passion for movement and the body for as long as I can remember. At an early age I was dancing and this passion transferred into a career in physiotherapy where I was able to work and understand movement on a daily basis. The lockdown in 2020 allowed me to slow down and use yoga as a way to start each morning feeling calm and grounded during a time of unknowns.
After completing my 200 hr YTT in Thailand my passion for yoga was alive after feeling the benefits on such a personal level. Physiotherapy has given me the fundamentals of knowing how the body can move safely and how to restore pain free movement while yoga has given me the ability to create calm, peace and acceptance of what the body is able to achieve.
